Another month has ticked by so I’m here to share my November favourite finds. This month really does have something for everyone too! I’d love to hear about any new (or old!) favourite finds you’ve made this month too!
Live Life Simply Online Retreat
For the last 5 weeks I have been taking part in the Live Life Simply online retreat, started by Brooke & Ben McAlary. Anyone that has been round these parts for long would know how much I love everything these guys create, and this retreat has been no exception. They’ve brought together a whole host of amazing, knowledgable folk covering everything from reducing waste to money and digital mindfulness, yoga and finding your purpose. Every session comes with a range of downloadable resources as well, which are all so useful. I’ve learned a lot, been reminded of things I need to focus on and been constantly inspired. I highly recommend keeping an eye out for the next one.
Naked Wines
I have been buying my wine through Vinomofo for a while, but after getting a voucher to Naked Wines in a recent GoodnessMe Box I thought I would give them a try. I had heard good things through friends, so ordered myself a mixed dozen of white wine for the warmer weather. It arrived super quickly, and the couple of bottles I have tried so far have been delicious! Little Party Dress
I’ve done such a good job lately of decluttering my wardrobe of clothes I no longer wear that I quickly realised I actually didn’t have any summery dresses left! I had seen a lot of people raving about Little Party Dress so decided to give them a try. Well, I’ve since gone back and ordered more, so that should tell you how happy I am with what I received!
The dresses all have really fun patterns, flattering cuts and service is super prompt. I’ve worn two dresses to work so far and got SO many compliments and been responsible for a bunch more orders as well!
Red Sparrow Pizza
In the last few weeks I’ve been down to Red Sparrow Pizza for dinner – a completely vegan pizza joint in Collingwood – and boy is it delicious. The bases are spongey, the toppings are interesting (including some mock-meats) and the staff are super friendly. You’ll notice from the quick snaps I have of the pizzas each time we could barely contain ourselves before digging in!
I haven’t tried enough of the menu to have settled on a favourite yet, so I guess I’ll have to go back and do more research. What a shame! I can report however that the mushroom pizza, sausage and patas bravas options are all most excellent. I’ve heard excellent things about their fries as well, but I’m yet to have room to add them to an order! Maybe next time…
