It’s July Favourite Finds time! This month’s favourites are all about pampering, reading and some delicious treats – so a standard month round these parts! I’d love to hear about your July favourite finds too – hope it was a good month for you!
Washington DC Eating: Fancy Radish
Next up on my Washington DC eating adventures took us to Fancy Radish. An excellent name, and even better food! Fancy Radish is an entirely vegetarian menu and it’s designed for sharing which I’m a big fan of. In fact, we ordered one of everything! Nothing better than getting to try the whole menu!
Recipe: Roasted Carrot and Tomato Pasta
I love a simple pasta dish in winter, and this one absolutely hit the mark. This roasted carrot and tomato pasta is so easy to make, but is deceptively delicious too! It’s creamy and delicious, but also packed with veggies – what more could you want!
Reading Challenges Check-In – July 2022
We’re at the halfway point of the year so it’s time for the next instalment of my reading challenges check-in! I’ve managed to keep up my reading pretty well – although definitely didn’t read as much on my holiday as I expected! However, most importantly I have read some excellent books and ticked off a number of my reading challenges along the way.
Recipe: Potato and Leek Soup
Like most people, when the weather cools down it becomes soup central at my place. Potato and leek soup is always one of my go-to options, it’s so easy to make but just so delicious. Thick, creamy, packed with flavour – what more could you want!
