We had a morning tea at work recently and I wanted to bring in something wintery and delicious, and the gingerbread brownies were the go. They are rich and chocolatey, with the added zing of gingerbread spices. They were a bit hit – in particular heated up a little so they were nice and gooey. So good!

It had been a while since I had done some baking for work, so one sunny Sunday I whipped up these dark chocolate peanut cookies to take in. They’re sweet, salty and slightly bitter and all round delicious. It’s safe to say they were very well received when I unveiled them at our Monday morning meeting!

I whipped up these peanut butter cookies on an overcast Sunday afternoon and it was a struggle to stop myself eating them all! Luckily most of them made it into my office the next day, but they didn’t last long there either! The best part is you can whip them up in under 30 minutes so it’s super easy to make more to replace the stash.
