It’s October favourite finds time and funnily enough they are all kiwi related! I didn’t do much shopping while I was over there (plenty of eating though!) but I did come home with a few goodies. I’d love to hear about your October favourite finds as well!
It’s March favourite finds time! It seems a little odd to be doing it this early in the month given not only is there a week left of the month, but my birthday falls in that week, but here we are! This has been an excellent month all round with lots of gorgeous weather resulting in weekends in the park, delicious food and lots of adventures. I’ve been a fan of chia puddings for quite some time as they make the easiest grab-and-go breakfast options, and there are so many flavour options! I found myself with some rather ripe bananas in my fruit bowl one week so decided to put them to good use, and the result was a choc banana chia pudding!
We recently held a bake-sale at work to raise funds for Nepal, and I figured you can’t go wrong with good ol’ fashioned choc-oat cookies! Unfortunately I was then too sick to actually take them to work on the day of the sale, but they were still all devoured by my team the next day! Plus, we raised lots of money so that’s really the main thing!
I’ve been trying to mix up my breakfasts recently as it’s been too chilly for my normal smoothies. Quinoa porridge was on the menu for a few weeks, followed by some homemade baked beans and then I decided it was time to make a new variety of granola.
