It’s August favourite finds time! I spent almost half of August on holidays in sunny Port Douglas, so it’s safe to say it was a pretty excellent month. Unsurprisingly my favourite finds are mostly things I did or picked up on holiday. I’ll be sharing some of my favourite eating experiences over the coming weeks – there were lots! Eep, somehow it has rolled around to my 5th blogiversary! As always at this time of year I like to share a plum related recipe and this year it’s this delicious spiced plum chutney! My mum’s plum trees were bursting with fruit again, so this was made with her plums which always makes me happy. Delicious!
The first month of 2018 is behind us, so here are my January favourite finds! It’s been a good month of cooking, eating & exploring for me, that’s for sure.
