I needed to make something to take to work a little while back and this apple walnut loaf looked the perfect answer. It absolutely was! Easy to make, lots of flavour and an absolute crowd pleaser. I definitely recommend you give it a try!

As part of my baking spree of late I seem to have been making loafs of varying flavours, and this banana pecan bread is definitely one of the better ones! Deliciously moist, with the addition of coconut and the pecans for crunch and flavour it really does make for an excellent baked treat!

Homemade baked treats are so good for the spirit, so I’ve been doing quite a bit of baking in lately! Thankfully I have a willing group of workmates who are always more than happy to help polish off anything I have whipped up, saving me from having to eat it all myself!
