I often make a quick pattie or fritter for a light dinner and these cauliflower carrot fritters are my new favourite. Serve them with a pile of salad and you’ve got yourself a healthy & delicious meal. Plus, they are so quick and easy to prepare!

Review: South of Johnston II, Collingwood
I first reviewed South of Johnston years ago, but I’ve eaten there a few times lately so thought it was about time for another review! Given its proximity to my place it’s somewhere I go quite a bit, and for good reason! The food is delicious, the coffee is excellent and the staff are super friendly too!
Recipe: BBQ Pulled Mushrooms
So I guess technically these BBQ pulled mushrooms aren’t exactly pulled, but they sure are delicious! I’ve been vegetarian so long that I missed the whole pulled pork phenomenon, but I can still appreciate a hearty sandwich filler! A quick and easy homemade BBQ sauce, a pile of mushrooms and you’re well on your way to deliciousness!
