Welcome to the fourth instalment of the Foodie Files! Today I am chatting to the super lovely Clare from the Life of Clare about all things food! I’ve met Clare a few times now and she’s always wonderful to spend time with, and I love her philosophy towards food, so I’m sure you will too!
Welcome to the second instalment of my Foodie Files series! If you missed instalment one, I chatted to the delightful Spoonful of Sarah and now I’m here chatting to the lovely Tara from VegeTARAian! Tara is a fellow vegetarian (hence her excellent blog name!) who resides in Sydney, and whilst we’re yet to meet in person I have no doubt that when that time comes we will get on like we’ve known each other for years!
One of the fundamentals of living sustainably is sourcing food and products as locally as possible, and for me it doesn’t get much more local than Pana Chocolate who are located just streets away from where I work. Pana Chocolate are a company that makes raw, organic, vegan, handmade chocolate that is super delicious.
Loving Earth are a Melbourne based company who are dedicated to providing organic, fair trade, sustainable products from small producers across the world. They sell super foods and raw chocolate, and their range is impressive – including butters and spreads, ancient superfoods like goji berries and maca powder, raw cacao products, fruit, nuts and seeds, and natural sweeteners.
For me, part of wanting to live as sustainably as possible includes not only what I eat but what I put on my skin as well. There are some great natural skincare and cosmetic companies out there, and I thought I would start by profiling a company I have been using for the last year or so, Sukin.
