It’s time for my thoughts on the December GoodnessMe Box! The last Box for 2021 was packed with drinks and snacks – exactly what I needed to end the year! Shall we see what was in the vegan box together?
Dash Sparkling Water
I hadn’t heard of this company before the December GoodnessMe Box but I was instantly impressed. I love sparkling water, and the fact that this is flavoured using fruit that otherwise would have ended up as food waste is right up my alley! The peach flavour was delicious, the carbonation was spot on and all in all this made for an excellent summer drink. I’ll be checking out more of the flavours for sure!
Another sparkling drink! I sure was kept refreshed by this box, no question about it. This was another delicious drink – the combination of matcha and lychee was really tasty, This made for an excellent drink on a hot work day in the lead up to Christmas – it certainly helped keep me powering through!
VGood Chickpea Twists
I love pretty much all crunchy, savoury snacks and this was no exception. I’ve had these chickpea twists in previous Boxes, but I’m not sure I had tried this flavour before. Either way they were crunchy, packed with flavour and oh-so-tasty! An excellent snack option.
There have been a few Nibblish products in recent Boxes, but I was still very happy to see these cranberries in the December GoodnessMe Box. Partially because I’ve enjoyed all the products so far, and partially because I use a lot of dried cranberries in my cooking! These were equally excellent, and whilst it’s hard to top the pineapple from this company, I’ll never turn down cranberries!
Munchme Pistachio Cranberry
This is another company that I have had a few products from in the last few months, but another I am always happy to see. These little bites make for such a good snack, and pistachio cranberry is a flavour combo I’ll never turn down. Safe to say these didn’t last long in my pantry!
Mmmore Chocolate Peanut Butter
This peanut butter did result in a bit of an oil slick in my December GoodnessMe Box, but all was forgiven when I ate it. Whilst I’m usually pretty loyal to Kiwi nut butter brands I’m also happy to try other options and this was very tasty. A good balance of chocolate and peanuts, this certainly made for a delicious breakfast spread.
Nature 2U Kakadu Plum Powder
It’s always hard to make an assessment on a product after trying a sachet of this size, but I added this to my breakfast smoothie one morning and it certainly was delicious! It blended in nicely and added some nice flavour, so no complaints!
Tidbit Snacks Protein Power
This little box made for the perfect snack to power me through work before going on leave, that’s for sure! The combo of chilli broad beans, peanuts and edamame was crunchy and delicious and packed with protein to keep me going. A very handy option to have in the pantry.
The Tea Accent
I don’t drink a lot of tea in summer, so these have gone into my collection for when the weather cools off. The flavours do sound right up my alley though, so i’m excited to give them a try once I’m back in the mood for tea!
