It’s January GoodnessMe Box review time! The first Box for 2022 was packed with both drinks and snacks – my favourite combination! The vegan box had a mix of brands that I have seen a few times in previous boxes as well as some completely new (to me at least!) brands which is the best part of a GoodnessMe Box subscription in my books. So, let’s see what was inside!
Nexba Focus Nootropic
I have tried a lot of Nexba products now, and I’m still yet to be disappointed. I was less concerned about the ‘focus’ promises and more about the flavour, and it certainly delivered on that front. The passionfruit flavour was delicious, with an excellent level of fizz as well. I’m very keen to try the lemon and ginger flavour now too!
Taprobane Tea
Tea bags are never the most exciting items, but they are certainly handy to have in the cupboard for when the cooler weather rolls around. This quality of this brand has always been good, so while I’m not drinking tea in this hot weather I’m sure I will enjoy these come autumn.
BetterYou Magnesium Oil Spray
I enjoy having magnesium oil as part of my arsenal for sore and tired muscles so whilst this bottle is pretty small it’s actually been a handy addition to my travel toiletries bag. I was definitely happy to see this in the January GoodnessMe box!
Yes You Can Dark & Stormy
The influx of top-notch alcohol-free brands on the market has been really interesting to watch, and this was a new one to me. I’m generally not too fussed about alcohol-free versions of drinks as I’m happy with just a flavoured sparkling water, but either way this was a delicious drink! I do love a gingery drink and this was a great, refreshing option.
Harvest Box Chickpea Crisps
I love a salty, crunchy snack option so I was very intrigued when I spotted these in the January GoodnessMe Box. I wasn’t disappointed either! These were super crunchy, nicely salted and made for a top-notch snack. I’m very keen to try some of the other flavours now too!
Amazonia Protein Bar
January ended up being a busier month work-wise than I expected, so having a delicious protein packed snack on hand was a saviour. This vanilla fudge protein bar was really tasty, not too sweet and had a good whack of protein as well. Definitely one I would pick up again!
Mt Elephant Hemp & Oat Mylk
I have tried a bunch of Mt Elephant products in previous Boxes and enjoyed them all, so I wasn’t unhappy to see this in the January GoodnessMe Box! This chocolate mylk was creamy and delicious and made for some seriously good smoothies. Flavoured milk isn’t something I usually have in the fridge, but I wasn’t disappointed to have this one on hand!
Fine Fettle Foods Flats
I’ve had these Flats before in different flavours and find them excellent for cheese platters. This flavour was new to me but it sure was delicious. I love that you get some veggies as part of a snack platter, and there are so many tasty flavour combos. I’m extra keen to try more of them now!
Tasti Made Simple Bar
This is another brand I have tried a few products from thanks to previous GoodnessMe Boxes! This lamington flavoured bar was a delicious way to power through a busy afternoon. I love that it is made out of only a handful of ingredients, which combine to make a very tasty treat!
Eat To Live Buckwheat Cakes
I like to have oat cakes in the pantry for when I need a quick snack option, so I was keen to try these buckwheat ones. These were crunchy, delicious and made an excellent vessel for avocado, vegemite and cheese (my go-to topping at the moment!). The addition of hemp seeds doesn’t hurt either – I’ll definitely try these again!
