Spotlight On: 1Skin Solution

I first heard about 1Skin Solution through the lovely Ingrid’s blog In Glossy Beauty. She just happened to mention purchasing some soy scented candles right as I burnt my last one to the bottom so I headed over to the website to learn more, and I was not at all disappointed. 1Skin Solution are an Australian company that makes scented candles, bath products and lip balms using natural ingredients. Recipe: Pumpkin & Chilli Israeli Couscous

I went through a phase a while ago when I was using Israeli (or pearl as it’s also known) couscous all the time, then all of a sudden I just stopped buying it for no particular reason. Recipe: Miso Sesame Greens

This recipe is all about the dressing – a tangy, salty, delicious concoction that works equally well on a salad as it does a stir-fry, or as I have used it here to dress up some simple steamed greens. The best part is it can be whipped up in mere minutes so you can have dinner on the table in a flash on those nights where slaving over the stove just doesn’t seem appealing. Perfect!
