September Favourite Finds 2021

It’s September Favourite Finds time! While it was another month in lockdown here in Melbourne, I still made sure I found ways to bring some joy into my weeks. Plus, I saw the seal that has been hanging out in the Yarra River, so it definitely wasn’t all bad! I’d love to hear about your September Favourite Finds too!

To Be Frank Bakery

So this isn’t technically a September find, but it was this month that my love for this bakery was really cemented. In fact, it has become part of my lockdown weekend rituals – very long walk followed by picking up a treat here on my way home.

The eggplant tahini scroll and the cheese and vegemite scroll have become firm favourites, as have many of the sweet treats like the chocolate smile and of course the croissants. The Kouign Amann is an absolute winner as well. Look, it’s safe to say everything is delicious – including the actual loaves of bread. Super friendly staff too!

Malibu Rising

I bought this book after reading and loving two of Taylor Jenkins Reid’s other books so I had high expectations. I took a random Monday off work in the middle of the month and sat down in the afternoon to start reading. Well, that’s where I spent the rest of the day until I had read this book from cover to cover. I think it’s therefore safe to say that I thoroughly enjoyed this!

Bed Threads Sheets

I was very slow to get on the Bed Threads bandwagon but finally joined the party and bought myself some sheets. They have basically been the only thing I have wanted on my bed since they arrived – they are SO nice to sleep in! It took me forever to decide what colour to get and I’m very happy with my choice of this mineral colour. I will however be most certainly adding some more colours in to my collection in the not-too-distant-future I am sure!

Go To Skincare The Removalist

I’ve long been a fan of Go To products but hadn’t yet tried the clay mask they released a while back. I added it to a recent order and I’m so glad I did! The combination of masks and warmer weather is never ideal for my skin, so bringing in some assistance is definitely welcome. I’ve very much enjoyed adding this to my skincare routine!
