Recipe: Choc Banana Chia Pudding

I’ve been a fan of chia puddings for quite some time as they make the easiest grab-and-go breakfast options, and there are so many flavour options! I found myself with some rather ripe bananas in my fruit bowl one week so decided to put them to good use, and the result was a choc banana chia pudding!

Recipe: Banana Walnut Muffins

I found myself with a fruit bowl full of rather ripe bananas over the weekend and, as it was a little fresh to fancy a smoothie, muffins seemed like the obvious next choice. I wanted to keep them as healthy as possible so went light on the sugar content, and threw in some nuts and lots of cinnamon to ensure they are still full of flavour. The end result was these banana walnut muffins and they were the perfect treat for work during the week!

Recipe: Banana Pecan Bread

As part of my baking spree of late I seem to have been making loafs of varying flavours, and this banana pecan bread is definitely one of the better ones! Deliciously moist, with the addition of coconut and the pecans for crunch and flavour it really does make for an excellent baked treat!

Recipe: Banana Passionfruit Muffins

Now that I’m back into the swing of the working year it was time to pull out the baking pans and whip up some delicious muffins to help get me through the mid-morning slump. I had a freezer full of overripe bananas so decided that summery banana passionfruit muffins were the order of the day!

Recipe: Banana Date Muffins

Today’s recipe is actually thanks to a request from the lovely Ingrid of IngStyle who, after thoroughly enjoying a banana date muffin in a cafe, asked if I had a recipe for some she could make at home! It’s a combo I’ve enjoyed before but never made myself, so I did some playing around and here we are – my banana date muffins! Hopefully they’re as good as your cafe experience Ingrid!
