Well would you look at that, it’s my blogiversary! Each year I share a plum-focused recipe to celebrate and this year I have a plum tomato and ricotta salad for you all! Simple, fresh and delicious, and really highlights the delicious sweetness of late summer plums. So good!
Somehow it’s that time of the year again – my blogiversary! Eight years ago I kicked off this blog, and I always celebrate with a plum-focused recipe! This year I have whipped up these oh so tasty rosemary thyme roasted plums!
So I have no idea how it’s been this long, but today is my 7th blogiversary! I always celebrate with a recipe that showcases plums and this year is all about these plum crumble muffins! They’re simple, delicious and perfect for a mid-morning snack!
So somehow yesterday was my 6th blogiversary! Yep, that’s right, I Spy Plum Pie has been kicking around for six whole years now! At this time every year I like to share a plum-themed recipe, and this year I’ve got the recipe for this deliciously simple plum compote. As always, my mum’s plum trees were bursting at the seams, so this is an excellent recipe to use up some of those rather ripe plums I had in my fruit bowl.
Eep, somehow it has rolled around to my 5th blogiversary! As always at this time of year I like to share a plum related recipe and this year it’s this delicious spiced plum chutney! My mum’s plum trees were bursting with fruit again, so this was made with her plums which always makes me happy. Delicious!
