Whilst I try not to snack at work too much, I do love a muesli bar. In my effort to reduce waste wherever I can I decided to whip up some of my own and these blueberry almond muesli bars were the result. They’re so simple to make and don’t even need the oven! I took a batch to work and they were happily gobbled up by my colleagues. I recommend you give them a try!

Recipe: Blueberry Yoghurt Icy Poles

Welcome to the last Meatless Monday recipe for 2015! I’ll still be popping in occasionally over the next few weeks but won’t get back into the full swing of things until early Jan. I’ll still be hanging out on facebook & instagram though!

With the weather getting warmer it was time to restock my freezer with icy poles! I wanted some healthy options on hand for a post-dinner treat or even a cooling breakfast option and these blueberry yogurt icy poles really hit the spot! They are super easy to whip up, deliciously tasty and are guaranteed to put a smile on your face!

Recipe: Coconut Chia Pudding

With the warmer weather upon us it was time to mix up my breakfast options and this coconut chia pudding has become a fast favourite. Not only is it super delicious but because you do most of the work the night before it makes an excellent option when you’re short for time. It’s cheap, easy and heathy as well – how can you beat that?!
