Since being home from my holiday I’ve enjoyed being back in a full sized kitchen again, so decided to get my bake on. I wanted to make something to take to work and settled on these ginger macadamia cookies. They are so easy but so delicious! A bit of spice, a lot of crunch, what more could you ask for!
It had been a while since I had done some baking for work, so one sunny Sunday I whipped up these dark chocolate peanut cookies to take in. They’re sweet, salty and slightly bitter and all round delicious. It’s safe to say they were very well received when I unveiled them at our Monday morning meeting!

Luckily most of them made it into my office the next day, but they didn’t last long there either! The best part is you can whip them up in under 30 minutes so it’s super easy to make more to replace the stash.
