As part of my journey to create less waste I’ve been trying to reduce paper in the kitchen as well. We focus a lot about reducing plastic because it causes the most damage to the environment but cutting down on paper is definitely useful as well. Thankfully there’s some easy small changes you can try. I’d love to hear your suggestions too!
It’s time for my February favourite finds! February started rather quietly for me after getting my wisdom teeth out on the first day of the month which resulted in nearly 2 weeks off work and lots of mashed potato and ice cream (not together though!). Things definitely improved from there, including an excellent weekend with my family to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday. So here are my February favourite finds, I’d love to hear yours too!
