Recipe: Peach Haloumi Salad

The idea for this salad came about when I spotted some gorgeous looking peaches at my local fruit & veggie shop. I wanted to do something with them a bit more special than just eat them straight or pop them on top of my overnight oats, so a peach haloumi salad it was!

Recipe: Haloumi Pomegranate Salad

This haloumi pomegranate salad is similar to one I whipped up as part of our Christmas lunch, which was definitely well received! It takes very little cooking so it’s perfect for those summer nights that are far too hot to turn the oven or when you need something ready in a flash!

Recipe: Beetroot Haloumi Salad

After sharing my current favourite dukkah recipe with you last week, today I thought I’d share a salad I’ve been using it on – my beetroot haloumi salad! This salad is super colourful (and delicious!) making it perfect for a BBQ or even part of your Christmas spread. Plus, it features haloumi so how could you possibly go wrong!

Recipe: Corn & Haloumi Fritters

I recently spotted some delicious looking fritters on Not Quite Nigella and realised I hadn’t made any in a long time, and I love me some fritters, so this had to be rectified fast. I feel like fritters are one of the only foods that works equally as well for every meal of the day – add a poached egg and you’ve got breakfast, or some chutney and a salad and lunch or dinner is sorted.
