Apricot, Fig and Cranberry Loaf | I Spy Plum Pie

Recipe: Apricot, Fig and Cranberry Loaf

After moving back in to my renovated kitchen I was keen to give my new oven a try. This apricot, fig and cranberry loaf may have been an ambitious first recipe, but thankfully it was an absolute winner. It needs a little prep time, but is seriously simple and seriously delicious!

Recipe: Lemon Poppyseed Loaf

Over the summer I go to the cricket a lot (which you’ve probably noticed if you follow me on instagram!) and we like to take baked goods along to snack on along the way. This lemon poppyseed loaf is one such treat that I whipped up and it was rather well received, even if you do have to pick poppyseeds from your teeth afterwards!

Recipe: Banana Pecan Bread

As part of my baking spree of late I seem to have been making loafs of varying flavours, and this banana pecan bread is definitely one of the better ones! Deliciously moist, with the addition of coconut and the pecans for crunch and flavour it really does make for an excellent baked treat!

Recipe: Apple Loaf

Homemade baked treats are so good for the spirit, so I’ve been doing quite a bit of baking in lately! Thankfully I have a willing group of workmates who are always more than happy to help polish off anything I have whipped up, saving me from having to eat it all myself! This apple loaf was a firm favourite, perfect with a mid-morning cuppa and an excellent pick-me-up treat.

Recipe: Lemon Coconut Cake

One of my work colleagues has a farm in country Victoria and every so often will arrive at the office with bags full of herbs or citrus for us to help ourselves to. The other day it was lemons and I happily helped myself to a rather large armful (or two!) of them to bring home with me.
