Recipe: Citrus Iced Tea

As this crazy heatwave rolls on in Melbourne I’ve needed to come up with new refreshing drinks to stock my fridge with as we’re going through them all rather quickly in an attempt to stay cool! How To: Flavoured Cucumber Water

I’ve been a big water drinker since I was a kid – we didn’t have much in the way of fizzy drinks or even cordial at home, it was always water with dinner and because I did a lot of singing when I was younger I got into the habit of carrying a water bottle around pretty early on. These days I keep a big bottle on my desk at work which I refill multiple times throughout the day, however I often find myself not drinking enough water on the weekend as I get busy and distracted, until I find myself with a headache!
