This year I spent almost all of July in Europe so I thought I would share my Plastic Free July while travelling experiences. There were some successes, some challenges and lots of lessons learned along the way. I’d love to hear your thoughts as well!
As part of my journey to create less waste I’ve been trying to reduce paper in the kitchen as well. We focus a lot about reducing plastic because it causes the most damage to the environment but cutting down on paper is definitely useful as well. Thankfully there’s some easy small changes you can try. I’d love to hear your suggestions too!

Whilst it might seem like a useful multi-purpose product, today I want to talk about the problem with polystyrene for our planet. For such an innocuous looking, lightweight product polystyrene sure does pack an environmental punch! Thankfully there are some good alternatives these days!
