After moving back in to my renovated kitchen I was keen to give my new oven a try. This apricot, fig and cranberry loaf may have been an ambitious first recipe, but thankfully it was an absolute winner. It needs a little prep time, but is seriously simple and seriously delicious!

January Favourite Finds 2019
January has been a pretty hectic month for me – I’ve taken the plunge and I’m getting a whole new kitchen and bathroom in my apartment! As a result, the first half of the month was all about making decisions and packing things, and the rest has been living out of my suitcase!
