It’s September Favourite Finds time and this month is all about healthy eating, slowing down and looking after myself. I’m currently in New Zealand visiting family so I’m taking the slowing down very literally at the moment! I’d love to hear about your favourite finds for September as well!
So October turned out to be a month of learning for me here at ISPP HQ, jam packed full of workshops and events. It’s hard to believe we’re at the end of another month, but we are, so here are my October favourite finds! I’d love to hear your favourite events and finds of the month as well!
No doubt you’ve seen by now that fermented foods are making a rather large comeback in Australia right now, with drinks like kombucha and foods like kimchi becoming much easier to find in our shops and restaurants. I’ve been trying to introduce them to my diet but hadn’t gotten to the point of actually making my own at home, so when I was invited along to the Lost Art of Fermented Foods Class at Trupp Cooking School I jumped at the chance to learn more!
