This almond miso tofu salad is all about the amazing dressing. So much so you can really add the tofu and dressing to whatever veggies you’ve got lying around and it’ll be an absolute winner. Crunchy, full of flavour and oh so easy to prepare!
Autumn Balcony Garden Update 2017
With the warm weather behind us I thought it was time to pull out the summer produce and create an autumn balcony garden instead! I spent a few hours out on my balcony recently saying goodbye to the tomatoes and capsicums from summer and getting my hands dirty planting new things instead! I’d love to know what you’re growing at the moment too!
Getting Juicy
For as long as I can remember, whenever I would order a freshly squeezed juice at a cafe it was always a combination of apple, pineapple and orange juice. As I got older I’d sometimes add ginger, maybe a carrot, but those three key ingredients never changed. I still standby it as a great flavour combination, but over time I have expanded my horizons somewhat, and now my freshly squeezed juices are more guided by whatever fruit and veggies I have on hand (which unfortunately rarely includes pineapple!) as opposed to habit!
