Despite the fact the holiday season is supposed to be all about spending time with loved ones, for many of us we are too busy to enjoy it. Today I wanted to share some tips to help you have a stress free Christmas – or at least a less stressful one!
We all know by now that increased screen time is not the best for us, but it can sometimes feel like it’s impossible to break the habit. If if just needed self control we’d probably be ok! The less we use our screens the better our brain can function, so it’s well worth giving it a shot.
Eco guilt is something more & more people are talking about at the moment, so I’m here to help with some tips and advice for how to deal with it productively. It’s also known as green guilt and environmental guilt, but whatever you call it, lets deal with!
I’m not always the best sleeper, so I have been trying to have more screen free evening time.
