It’s GoodnessMe Box time again! The July GoodnessMe Box was absolutely packed with goodies – everything from snacks to drinks to items to help with Plastic Free July! It was definitely one of the most packed boxes I can remember, and it was both quantity and quality! As per usual I got the vegan box, so let’s see what was inside.

I don’t gravitate to creamy pasta sauces often, but this roasted red capsicum pasta is my kinda of sauce. It’s creamy without being heavy, and it’s seriously delicious. It takes a little bit of effort to prepare, but you can whip it up in advance – making it a perfect meal prep option!

I love keeping my freezer stashed with easy lunch or snack foods, and these tempeh sausage rolls are an absolute winner. They are simple to whip up, delicious and perfect for all kinds of occasions. Plus, they will satisfy the meat eaters in your life as well!

This vegan beef stroganoff is a bit of a different recipe for me. I don’t cook with faux-meat products often, but felt like a hearty, winter warming dinner option and this was a real winner. Simple to whip up, reheats well and perfect for vegans and carnivores alike!
Pubs for Vegetarians: The Carringbush Hotel, Abbotsford
Fun fact: I used to be able to see the Carringbush Hotel through my old bedroom window, and never actually visited. More recently though, it’s changed hands, had a makeover and now features an entirely vegetarian menu and an excellent beer list. I knew I needed to give it a try!
