Recipe: Ricotta Gnocchi

Homemade gnocchi is one of those things that I’ve always just assumed is just too much effort to be bothered with, but it turns out I couldn’t have been more wrong! This ricotta gnocchi is deceptively simple to make, super delicious and you can even make a big batch and freeze some, so you can have ricotta gnocchi on hand whenever you feel like!

Recipe: Rosemary & Parsley Cannellini Bean Dip

Another week, another dip here on I Spy Plum Pie! This one is a new favourite here at ISPP HQ as it works equally well served with crudités and crackers, or as a spread to make even the most simple sandwich a whole lot tastier! It makes a nice change from hummus as well! So here we go, my rosemary & parsley cannellini bean dip!

Recipe: Harissa Hummus

Hummus has got to be one the of easiest dips not only to make, but to change up as well. I’ve already shared a few different varieties here on I Spy Plum Pie over the last two years, and there seems to be no end of options still to make! For today’s variety I wanted something with a little kick and so harissa hummus it is!

Recipe: Roast Beetroot & Feta Dip

As we hurtle towards Christmas I’m starting to think of what I can make for all the upcoming work gatherings, catchups with friends and the like. As I’m much more of a savoury tooth than a sweet tooth (is that even what it’s called? A savoury tooth?!) I like to be in charge of salads and dips, so today I thought I’d share a recipe for one of my new favourites – roast beetroot & feta dip!

Recipe: Garlic Rosemary Popcorn

The colder weather is descending on Melbourne and for me that means the return of the footy on my TV (yay!) and more evenings snuggling on the couch watching movies. Both of these activities are prime for popcorn eating, so I have been playing around with some new flavour combos and I think this one is a real winner (hopefully my footy team will be too!)
