Recipe: Baked Tofu Vermicelli Salad

The recent burst of sunshine we’ve experienced in Melbourne has made me long for light, fresh meals and this baked tofu vermicelli salad was just the ticket! Full of colour, texture and flavour, it’s ready in no time and super healthy, not to mention delicious! It’s my new favourite lunch option and despite being on been on high rotation here at ISPP HQ I’m not even close to being sick of it!

7 Tips to Increase Your Incidental Walking

Given I don’t own a car (and I tend not to ride my bike after a few too many incidents with cars) I tend to get pretty close to my 10,000 steps every day, but there are always ways I can add extra walking into my day. Today I wanted to share a few small changes we can all make which will increase your incidental walking, and help us all stay that little bit healthier!

Recipe: Vegetarian Laksa

Laksa makes such an excellent warming dinner option but unfortunately most laksa pastes you can buy are not vegetarian friendly (not to mention the added preservatives and the like!) so I set about making my own instead! It’s easy and delicious and can be ready in no time – so here we have it, my vegetarian laksa including homemade laksa paste!
