I’m back in the office a few days a week now and recently one of those days happened to coincide with my birthday. I thought it was only right to celebrate with cake, and cupcakes seemed the most appropriate option! These raspberry white chocolate cupcakes were simple, delicious and went down a treat!
We hosted a fundraising cupcake morning tea at work recently, so I obviously had to get my bake on. I wanted to bring something vegan to make sure there were options for everyone. These cookies and cream cupcakes have been a go-to of mine for ages, so they were the obvious choice. Plus, they are delicious!
I was doing some baking for work again recently and decided carrot cake cupcakes were the go. I love anything with cream cheese icing and these were no exception! Delicious, easy to whip up and alllllmost healthy!
We recently had a fundraising afternoon tea at work for a colleague who was taking on the challenge of riding over 1000km in a week for ovarian cancer research so I thought I better get my bake on! I used to take cupcakes into work all the time but hadn’t done so in a long time, so thought I would rectify that with these lemon coconut cupcakes.
Today’s post is a little bit special because, well, it’s my birthday! Yep, I’m turning the ripe old age of 27 today and what better way to celebrate than with cupcakes! Bringing cake on (or near) your birthday is mandatory at my work, not even the boss would get away with not bringing something to share, so I whipped up these bad boys to take in and pass around. They’ll have to wait until tomorrow though, I’m off to spend the day at the Peninsula Hot Springs with B instead (sorry work!)
