A few weekends ago I was back in Eltham for a wedding and the next day headed to Second Home for brunch. As someone who grew up in Eltham it’s still a bit of a surprise that cafes this good have established there, but I’m definitely not complaining! (more…)
It’s been a while since I shared a food review on the blog but after a recent Saturday lunch at Industry Beans I thought it was time to change that! It’s a cafe I had been meaning to try for ages so when I found myself in the vicinity while out doing some Saturday shopping with my parents we headed on in for a feed!

It’s not often I visit cafes on the south side of the river (I’m usually too hungry to venture far!) but one Sunday recently we found ourselves doing exactly that, so stopped in at Miss Alex & Co on Brighton Road for a feed.
On a sunny Saturday afternoon B and I headed to the Rainbow Hotel to catch up with some friends of mine and decided we might as well make the most of it and check out the food offerings as well! So here we are, the next stop on my Pubs for Vegetarians tour!
