I don’t tend to set formal New Year’s resolutions, nor do I want to make a list of things that I want to achieve this year. Instead, I’m focusing on a few things I want to do more of in 2020 that I think will make for a fulfilling year. I’d love to hear your thoughts too.
For lots of us the start of a new year gives us hope of a more organised, less stressful year ahead. For me, meal planning is one of the really key ways to make sure I feel on top of what is going on, whilst also ensuring I eat balanced, nutritious meals (which is extra important after the holiday season!). Over the next few weeks I’m going to share a few posts on the basics of meal planning, starting with the big ‘why‘ – the benefits of meal planning.
Reducing my impact on the planet is something I think about a lot and whilst I know I’ve gotten better over the years there’s definitely still room for improvement! Like most people, some weeks I’m better than others, and I’m better at some elements than others, so this year I have decided to set myself some eco-resolutions! Resolutions are generally better met if they are committed to publicly, so I thought I’d share them with you all today!
