I’ve always enjoyed chimichurri sauce when I’ve been served it at restaurants, so I thought it was about time I made some for myself. Turns out not only is it bursting with flavour it’s also incredibly easy to make. It’s been on high rotation in my kitchen recently and I can’t see myself stopping making it any time soon!

Eep, somehow it has rolled around to my 5th blogiversary! As always at this time of year I like to share a plum related recipe and this year it’s this delicious spiced plum chutney! My mum’s plum trees were bursting with fruit again, so this was made with her plums which always makes me happy. Delicious!

Recipe: Chili Paste
Chili paste is one of those things that is so handy to have in the fridge, it can be added to so many dishes, from stir fries, to Mexican, pasta sauces and everything in between. Plus, you can add as much or as little as you want, allowing you to be in full control of the spice levels, which I think is always important!
