It’s June GoodnessMe Box review time! The June box debuted the new branding which is seriously pretty and the goodies inside were equally excellent. Spoiler alert, this was probably one of my favourite boxes! Snacks, drinks – it had all bases covered. So, let’s see what was in the June GoodnessMe Box shall we?
I’m a big fan of risottos (here are some of my favourites!) so they show up on my meal plan somewhat regularly. This pumpkin mushroom risotto is my current favourite. Vegan friendly, packed with flavour and reheats well too. What more could you ask for!
It’s May GoodnessMe Box review time! The May box was gut health focused which was very welcome given all the added stress we’re all under at the moment. As usual I got the vegan box and this month’s box was absolutely packed with goodies. Let’s see what was inside!
Somehow it is the end of May already! The gradual easing of restrictions this month sure did wonders for me – being able to see another human inside my house was such a nice change. I have of course been spending the vast majority of my time at home, and my May Favourite Finds are very reflective of that. Hopefully there are some goodies here that might make your time at home a bit better too!
In the past I had always said that mashed potato was my least favourite way to serve potatoes. I seem to have backflipped on this recently as it’s making an appearance on my table more and more often! These kale mashed potatoes are my current favourite – they’re rustic and seriously delicious!
