I went on a big baked oatmeal run during winter, but in this warmer weather I’m all about this dried mango muesli. It’s so simple to put together and makes for a delicious and easy make-ahead summer breakfast. What more could you want!

It’s May Favourite Finds time and this month is purely food focussed! I picked up some amazing goodies this month that all deserved to be shared with you fine folk. Recipe: Fruit & Oat Slice
I’m one of those people that eats breakfast almost the second I get up, I can’t really function until I have some food in my stomach. This probably stems from the fact I eat dinner pretty early (such a nanna!) so by 6.15 when my alarm sounds I’m definitely ready for a meal!
Spotlight On: Thankyou Products
Today as part of my ‘Spotlight On‘ series, I wanted to shine the light on the Thankyou Movement, which is a social enterprise based out of Melbourne. Their model is similar to that of Who Gives A Crap whereby the products they sell provide a directly linked benefit to a community in need, but this time it’s through food, water and body care products.

I’ve been on the green smoothie bandwagon for a while now, and although I still love them I thought it was time to try something different for my weekday breakfast. I love anything that can be prepared in advance as whilst I’m somewhat of a morning person, I like to be as efficient as possible, particularly when it comes to breakfast. I had seen different types of layered breakfasts on instagram and pinterest so decided to have a go at making up my own combination!
