With the way my work is at the moment having healthy snacks on hand is key and these banana blueberry muffins are perfect. They’re super tasty but also healthy enough for a quick breakfast or mid-morning snack. Yum!

As part of my journey to create less waste I’ve been trying to reduce paper in the kitchen as well. We focus a lot about reducing plastic because it causes the most damage to the environment but cutting down on paper is definitely useful as well. I’m not quite sure what to tell you about this broccoli pea pasta salad other than it’s deeelicious! Fresh flavours, easy to whip up and perfect both warm and cold – all my favourite things. I first made it for work lunches and then have taken it to a friends place for dinner and it was great both times. Seriously, just give it a try!
