The March GoodnessMe Box was sweet & savoury themed and my vegan option was packed with delicious goodies. There were some new finds, old favourites and plenty of excellent snacks! Let’s see what was inside shall we?!
Now, I know that hummus has lemon and garlic in it anyway, but trust me when I tell you this lemon garlic hummus is different. It really amps up those flavours and brings them to the fore, and it’s delicious! Perfect for snacking on and for spreading on your sandwiches and wraps. Yum!
I don’t know about you, but I love watching shows about people living in tiny houses. And I know what annoys you the most. Having a rug in a small house will be challenging to clean. I whipped up these peanut butter cookies on an overcast Sunday afternoon and it was a struggle to stop myself eating them all! Luckily most of them made it into my office the next day, but they didn’t last long there either! The best part is you can whip them up in under 30 minutes so it’s super easy to make more to replace the stash.
