It’s August favourite finds time! I spent almost half of August on holidays in sunny Port Douglas, so it’s safe to say it was a pretty excellent month. Unsurprisingly my favourite finds are mostly things I did or picked up on holiday. I’ll be sharing some of my favourite eating experiences over the coming weeks – there were lots! I found myself with some overripe bananas hiding in the bottom of my fruit bowl one weekend, so knew it was time to get baking! This coconut banana bread was the result and it’s an absolute winner. Super simple to whip up and oh-so-tasty!
I’m not always the best sleeper, so I have been trying to have more screen free evening time. I always ensure the last hour or so before I go to bed is screen free, but screen free evenings are even better again. I thought I would share some of my favourite activities, and I’d love to hear your ideas as well!
My love for potatoes – and particularly potato salad – is well documented round these parts. However, there is always room for new flavours and this herb vinaigrette potato salad is my new favourite. It’s zesty, fresh and is seriously simple to whip up. Plus, it’s vegan friendly!
It’s GoodnessMe Box time again! The July GoodnessMe Box was absolutely packed with goodies – everything from snacks to drinks to items to help with Plastic Free July! It was definitely one of the most packed boxes I can remember, and it was both quantity and quality! As per usual I got the vegan box, so let’s see what was inside.
