I had some friends round for a BBQ recently and in my books that means a potato salad! I wanted to make something a bit different and not creamy, and this lemon parsley potato salad was the perfect answer. It’s fresh and zesty, can be whipped up in advance and is oh-so-tasty!
February has been one very big month for me! The renovations are still going on at my place, so I spent most of the month back in my childhood home whilst simultaneously having an oh-so-busy month at work. It’s all been happening, so my February Favourite Finds were vital to my happiness. They include some new finds from old favourites, some absolutely new finds and, as always, there’s food involved!
Mexican flavours have always been one of my absolute favourites, and it doesn’t hurt that they work well for make-ahead meals too. I was looking for something a bit healthier recently and this carrot walnut taco mince was the result. Not only is it seriously tasty, but it can be used in pretty much all your favourite Mexican dishes. So good!
It’s been a very long time since I’ve added to my Pubs for Vegetarian series, and I can’t believe that Stomping Ground hadn’t got a mention yet! To call it a pub does it a bit of disservice, it’s actually a brewery with an attached beer hall – but that’s just semantics!
