It’s October GoodnessMe Box review time! This month’s box was described as the ‘Conscious Box’ and was packed with snacks, drinks and things to cook with. An excellent mix and – spoiler alert – one of my favourite recent boxes! So, let’s see what was inside!
When the weather gets warmer I find myself gravitating back to smoothies for breakfast. What I don’t want though is to find myself super hungry only a few hours later. I have tried lots of ways to make my smoothies more filling, and here are my favourites! I’d love to hear your suggestions too!
With the way my work is at the moment having healthy snacks on hand is key and these banana blueberry muffins are perfect. They’re super tasty but also healthy enough for a quick breakfast or mid-morning snack. Yum!
Mexican food is one of mine & B’s favourites to whip up at home, and I think nachos are one of the best forms of Mexican food. Unfortunately they can also be rather unhealthy so I have been tinkering with ways to up the healthy factor without reducing the flavour and I think I’ve found a winner!
I’ve been trying to mix up my breakfasts recently as it’s been too chilly for my normal smoothies. Quinoa porridge was on the menu for a few weeks, followed by some homemade baked beans and then I decided it was time to make a new variety of granola.
