Today’s recipe is actually thanks to a request from the lovely Ingrid of IngStyle who, after thoroughly enjoying a banana date muffin in a cafe, asked if I had a recipe for some she could make at home! It’s a combo I’ve enjoyed before but never made myself, so I did some playing around and here we are – my banana date muffins! Hopefully they’re as good as your cafe experience Ingrid!

I like to be in charge of salads and dips, so today I thought I’d share a recipe for one of my new favourites – roast beetroot & feta dip!
