Recipe: Mushroom Bourguignon
I felt like a particularly hearty and warming dinner recently and this mushroom bourguignon was the answer. It’s an excellent cold weather option, reheats well and is suitable for vegans too! I highly recommend whipping it up on a Sunday afternoon. It might not be all that pretty, but it sure is tasty.

It’s March GoodnessMe Box time! It’s a little strange to think how different things were back when this box arrived. However, the contents turned out to be surprisingly useful for these times of social distancing. As per usual I went with the vegan version of the box, so shall we see what was inside?

I don’t cook with jackfruit anywhere often enough, but I’m always happy when I do! This pulled BBQ jackfruit made for excellent burgers – super easy, seriously tasty and vegan friendly too! Plus, the BBQ jackfruit reheats well so it’s an excellent prep-ahead option.
