It’s May GoodnessMe Box review time! This month’s box had an excellent mix of food and non-food items, lots of which will be excellent for my upcoming travel. As usual I went with the vegan version of the May GoodnessMe Box, so lets see what was inside!
Recipe: Kale Barley Soup
I love hearty, filling soups and this kale barley soup is an absolute winner. It’s like a minestrone with an added boost of kale. It’s filling enough to work for dinner – especially when served with some crusty bread – and reheats oh so well. Basically, it’s a winner all round!
Recipe: Pumpkin Mushroom Pasta
Pasta is an obvious choice for the colder nights ahead of us, and this pumpkin mushroom pasta is creamy and delicious. The best part is, despite being super creamy it actually is completely dairy free! This makes it suitable for vegans, and quite a bit healthier to boot!
April GoodnessMe Box 2018 Review
The April GoodnessMe Box was mindfulness themed and it was another excellent one. As usual, I went with the vegan version and it was full of delicious treats as per usual! So, who wants to hear my thoughts on what was inside?!
Recipe: Apple Almond Granola
I do love a homemade granola, which is why I’ve shared a few of my favourite recipes here before. This apple almond granola has been my go-to breakfast for the last few weeks and boy is it delicious. Nutty, fruity and oh-so-simple to whip up!
