I told you these blueberry almond overnight oats were simple! The recipe is for one serve, but you can prepare multiple in one go as they keep well in the fridge for a few days. This makes them perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast option that is also filling and healthy. I seriously love that I can whip these up on a Sunday night and know that I will have breakfast ready to go all week.
If you want to make them a little on the sweeter side you can add a drizzle of honey or other sweetener in when you mix them up, but I find them sweet enough with the blueberries mixed through. I also like them on the thicker side, but if you prefer a slightly runnier consistency then just up the amount of milk you use.
If you’re after some other overnight oat recipes to try – I have a matcha and a peanut butter option for you as well which are both equally delicious!
