10 Ways With Asparagus

The return of asparagus season highlights that Spring has finally sprung and it’s time to start cooking lighter, fresher meals again. My love for this funny little vegetable has been pretty well highlighted these last few weeks, but given the asparagus season is unfortunately a little on the short side I thought I would share a few recipes starring asparagus from some of my favourite bloggers so you can enjoy as much asparagus as possible while there is still time!

Asparagus, whilst being delicious and easy to prepare, is also full of lots of goodness – it’s high in Vitamin A, C, B1, E and K, it’s a great source of fibre, iron and folate as well as being packed full of antioxidants. Not bad for a little green spear!
